Rallo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-01

Short version: Rallo has no account, no ads and nothing to buy with real money. Your progress stays on your device. The game sends anonymous usage data to a server we run ourselves; nothing in it identifies you, and you can turn it off and delete it in the game's Settings.

1. Who we are

Rallo: 3D Tennis Game ("the game") is provided by Ensar Bavrk s.p. ("we", "us"). You can reach us at ensar.bavrk@gmail.com.

2. No account, no ads, no purchases

The game has no account and no sign-up. It shows no ads and sells nothing for real money: coins are earned by playing and spent in the game's shop, and cannot be bought.

3. What stays on your device

Your progress, your settings and the player name you choose are stored on your device. Your name is never sent to us or to anyone else; it only appears on a picture if you choose to share one. Deleting the game deletes all of it.

4. Anonymous usage data

To see how the game is played and to fix what goes wrong, the game sends anonymous usage data to telemetry.bavrk.com, a server we run ourselves. It is tied to one random install id the game creates, and contains nothing that identifies you. It covers which screens are opened, match and game events (a match started or finished, a mission completed, an item bought), and app errors: where they happened and the first 120 characters of the message. It also carries the game version, the iOS version, whether the device is an iPhone or an iPad, and its language; the server notes the country a request comes from but stores no IP address. Requests pass through Cloudflare, which protects the server. Raw events are deleted after 180 days.

5. Feedback you send

If you choose to send feedback from Settings, your message goes to the same server with the game version, the iOS version and the kind of device. An email address is included only if you type one, so we can answer you there.

6. Turning it off and deleting it

"Share anonymous usage data" in Settings turns usage data off. "Delete my data" in Settings deletes everything the game has sent, usage data and feedback, and the game then counts as a new install; your progress stays on your device. If you sent feedback with an email address and have reinstalled the game since, email us and we will delete it.

7. Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements go to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center account, for its leaderboards and achievements. Apple's privacy policy covers that. The game does not receive your Apple ID.

8. Notifications

The game can send you optional reminders at 7 pm, for example on the evening your daily streak would end. It asks for your permission first. Reminders are scheduled on your device, with no push server, and you can turn them off with "Streak reminders" in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings.

9. Sharing and Photos

You can share a picture of a match won, a title or your player card through the iOS share sheet. Nothing is shared unless you choose to, and we do not receive what you share: the usage data only notes that a picture was shared, which kind, and where iOS says it went (for example Messages). If you pick Save Image there, the game asks to add the picture to Photos: it can only add pictures, only when you pick Save Image, and it never reads your photo library.

10. What the game does not touch

Apart from haptics, the game uses nothing on your device: no location, contacts, camera, microphone or health data, and no access to your photos beyond adding a picture as described above. There is no tracking: no advertising identifier (IDFA), and the game never asks for permission to track you.

11. Children

The game is not directed specifically at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

12. This website

This website (rallo.bavrk.com) sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our web server keeps an access log (time, IP address, page and browser) for about 30 days, to keep the site secure and find faults, and then deletes it. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

13. Launch emails

The "Get notified" buttons are not a form: they open your own mail app with a message to ensar.bavrk@gmail.com. If you send it, we receive your email address and whatever you write, in our mailbox (Gmail, run by Google). We use it only to send you one email when Rallo is on the App Store, and then delete it. To be taken off the list sooner, or to have your email deleted, write to ensar.bavrk@gmail.com.

14. Changes

If the game starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.

15. Contact
