1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Rallo: 3D Tennis Game ("the game"), provided by Ensar Bavrk s.p. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps from the App Store.
2. The game
Rallo is a tennis game for entertainment. The players, tournaments, sponsors and rankings in it are made up, and any resemblance to real people or events is a coincidence.
3. Coins and items
Coins, items, levels and rankings exist only in the game. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they have no value outside the game. The game sells nothing for real money.
4. Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your device. If the device is lost or reset, or the game is deleted, we cannot recover it.
5. Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not control how Game Center shows them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the game, including using it for unlawful purposes, sending abusive feedback, or attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with it except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of progress or data, arising from your use of the game.
9. Changes
We may update the game and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law & contact
